INNOVATION STRENGTH

Winhere has more than 100 engineers dedicated to our technical and R&D teams. They are highly educated in OEM development, high performance and new technologies. Meanwhile, Winhere also attaches great importance to the protection of intellectual property. From 2017 to 2020 Winhere has received over 30 patents worldwide and published 11 technical papers in top forums, such as SAE, Eurobrake and others. What’s more, Winhere plays an instrumental role in drafting 8 national specifications and industrial standards, such as Brake Disc for Automobile, Product Specifications and Test Methods of Brake Disc for Passenger Vehicles.

COMPOSITE & HIGH PERFORMANCE ROTORS

The automotive market is quickly shifting to electric and hybrid vehicles. Winhere is quick to assess the new technologies associated with these lighter weight and energy efficient vehicles. So far Winhere has worked out a series of composite hat discs or two-piece hat and rotor assemblies which can move freely axially and radially to avoid DTV increasing and judder caused by coning. We have a capable R&D team that is tirelessly working on new technology to remain competitive in this market.

AUTOMATION

Winhere has invested heavily in automation throughout our workshops. Full automation means quality control, capacity and defects are all controlled using artificial intelligence. As the castings enter the fully automated workshop, the complete machining and coating process is fully monitored and adjusted up to the point the finished parts are transported out.

Automated workshops not only drastically improve product consistency and ensure stable quality, but also maximize production capacity.

Winhere aspires not only to be the world's leading model brake manufacturer, but to be the model brake manufacturer for environmental protection. Over the past several years, Winhere has received multiple awards for “Advanced Enterprise Committing Social Responsibilities” by Yantai municipal government, received the award of “China National Demonstration Green Manufacturer” from the China Foundry Association and topped the list of “China National Green Manufacturer” published by M.I.I.T (China Ministry of Industry and Information Technology).

Winhere is committed to environmental protection through our lean and quality philosophies, our systematic energy conservation and emission reduction, our exhaust collection and processing, and recycling of casting sand.

Winhere is also concerned about occupational health. The primary air cleaning system in the workshops provide a healthy working environment for all the employees. A commitment environmental protection for both the employees and society is what Winhere has been pursuing forever.
